REMINDER - WORKOUTS

Athletes,

Please remember that your summer workouts are on Tuesday and Thursdays from 11-1pm.  11-12 is in the weight room, and 12-1 is on the track with Olympic athlete Butch Reynolds!  PLEASE try to make any part of the workout that you are available, as it is such a privilege to have Butch Reynolds coaching you!  This will also help you prepare for the upcoming season.
