This summer we would like to take the team to the Penn State for camp this summer. Logistically, we would drive two school vans to camp early July 8th and arrive back home in the evening on July 11th. Unfortunately the vans can only take 7 players each. Primarily we would like the Varsity team to go but want to open it up to the whole program (as we have not had try-outs yet). In order to make that happen, if there is even enough interest we would need parental help car pooling girls to and from the camp....Road Trip Anyone:)
The earliest that I can register the team is at the end of January, so I would need to know if your daughter is interested in going by January 31st as I do not want to get blocked out of the camp. The cost is $400 per player. If there is financial need please let me know.
Team Instruction Camp: July 8-11
This camp provides varsity and junior varsity teams the opportunity to train as a team with the assistance of an outstanding coaching staff. Individual skills will be taught along with offensive and defensive systems and wash drills. The focus of the camp will be training, teaching, individual skills and team systems. Daily competitions and an end-of-camp tournament will be featured. Teams will have access to extra gym time, outstanding facilities and all of the amenities of the Penn State Campus, including dorms within walking distance of the training facilities and a world class dining hall. $400 per person resident (includes instruction, housing, meals, camp shirt)
$320 per person commuter (includes instruction, all meals, camp shirt, no housing)
